Description: The plant that I am working on is called golden yarrow. The plant's family is Asteraceae. Golden yarrow looks a lot like a mustard plant. The stems are very long and green and it has small yellow flowers at the tips. The scientific name for the plant is Eriophyllum confertiflorum. According to the research of Elizabeth Windsong, golden yarrow is used when you have a cold, for such symptoms as coughing and sore throat. It also relieves stomach disorders and the whole plant can be boiled in water and made into a cleansing face wash for acne.
