Shawii, acorn pudding, was one of the most important foods for Kumeyaay/Diegueño People for thousands of years.  The long process for preparing this staple food has been passed down from generation to generation.  Learn with Martha Rodriquez (San Jose de la Zorra) all the different steps in making shawii.  Lunch included.
