Description: Re–housed Horseradish plant specimen. According to the research and notes of Elizabeth Windsong, the flowers, pods, and leaves of Horseradish can be eaten and are tasty. Grated root stimulates digestion and "activates the whole system." Fresh root with vinegar and honey is a remedy for coughs.
